ASR Media Wins a Mid-Atlantic Emmy® Award

 
 
 

The Lehigh Valley-based production company has received 9 statues since 2012.  ASR Media, a Lehigh Valley-based production company, received a 2025 Mid-Atlantic Emmy® award in the ‘Community Service’ category. The Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences announced the winners during an awards ceremony at the Marriott Downtown in Philadelphia on Saturday, Sept. 20

”Winning an Emmy is an incredible honor, but the real reward is knowing that we’re creatingn content that matters, resonates with people and makes a positive impact,” said ASR Media’s Founder, Ashley Russo. “I’m deeply grateful to our talented team at ASR Media and to the clients who trust us with their stories that deserve this honor as much as we do.”

The Community Service award recognizes excellence in programming, whether news or non-news, involving the entire company in a continuing effort to focus interest on and marshal support for a worthy community cause or causes.

During this eligibility year alone, ASR Media provided over $100,000 in-kind and discounted media services to more than 25 nonprofit organizations. These services ranged from promotional videos and social media content to strategic storytelling pieces for major fundraising events, galas and luncheons. The content created was used to educate, motivate and mobilize audiences, and over $28 million was raised to support healthcare, youth development, housing, education and more.

 
 

Additionally, ASR Media partnered with organizations including United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley, St. Luke’s University Health Network, Good Shepherd Rehabilitation and the Pediatric Cancer Foundation of the Lehigh Valley. Team members of the company actively serve on nonprofit boards and committees, including the American Heart Association, Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania, Cancer Support Community, Wildlands Conservancy, River Crossing YMCA and the Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley.

ASR Media has been nominated for 31 Mid-Atlantic Emmy® awards and awarded 9 statues in 2013, 2015, 2017, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. The production company strives to capture impactful community stories by creating team, overview, testimonial, and branded content and skillfully sharing insights and successes around unique products and services.

In addition to its corporate and commercial work, ASR Media co-produces St. Luke's HealthNow with St. Luke's University Health Network, which airs as part of St. Luke's Monday night line-up on WFMZ-Channel 69.
