Finding Your Passions While Making an Impact

Spotlight on Lauren Davis, Sales Director at Fig Lehigh Valley

For Lauren Davis, community connection has always been at the heart of her work. Born in Florida and raised in the Lehigh Valley, she’s passionate about connecting with locals, giving back, and celebrating the people who make the region thrive.

Fig’s love local mission perfectly aligns with that passion, allowing her to collaborate with small businesses and nonprofits while helping tell their stories in meaningful ways.

Lauren studied communication at Villanova University, where she developed a strong foundation in marketing and journalism. Her professional journey took her to the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce and the American Heart Association—experiences that deepened her appreciation for community partnerships and mission-driven work. Together, those experiences made Fig a natural next step, combining everything she loves about creativity, storytelling, and purpose.

Since joining Fig in 2023, Lauren’s role as Sales Director has expanded beyond traditional sales. She now helps shape editorial strategy, oversees photoshoots, supports content creation, and builds partnerships that bring Fig’s pages to life. With every issue, she’s reminded how storytelling connects and uplifts, whether it’s a small business owner sharing their journey or a nonprofit highlighting its mission.

As Fig Lehigh Valley continues to grow, Lauren remains focused on highlighting the small businesses that give the region its character. She finds immense joy in celebrating the incredible talent, creativity, and kindness of her neighbors, helping Fig fulfill its mission of promoting local enterprise and fostering meaningful community connections.

Outside of her work, Lauren stays deeply engaged in the Lehigh Valley through volunteerism and leadership. She serves as an Ambassador for The Chamber, volunteers with the State Theatre’s FREDDY© Awards, sits on Easton’s Winter Village marketing committee, and recently became Chair of the SouthSide Arts District’s Economic Vitality Committee. Her love for the area runs deep, and so do the relationships she’s built along the way.

“The Lehigh Valley is such a special place to live,” she reflects. “Many of the people I’ve met through Fig have become dear friends and connections I truly cherish.”
